London, Aug. 21 -- Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Friday visited 900-year-old Oxford University as part of the Telangana Rising delegation and held discussions with academics on strengthening education and research collaborations with the state.

According to an official release, CM Reddy held talks with Professors Maya Tudor of Blavatnik School of Government and Faisal Devji of Balliol College and presented the Telangana Rising vision along with the state's plans to transform Hyderabad into a global education hub.

Revanth Reddy invited the university to bring its executive education programmes, specialised research capabilities and rich ecosystem to Hyderabad by setting up a centre in the city.
