Khatima, Feb. 27 -- Uttrakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami participated in the grand Holi Milan ceremony held at Sanatan Dharamshala Ramlila Maidan, Khatima, on Friday. He extended heartfelt Holi greetings to the gathering.
