CM Bhupendra Patel chairs high-level review meeting to assess prevailing rain situation in Gujarat
Gandhinagar, July 23 -- Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel visited the State Emergency Operations Centre (SEOC) on Thursday night to review the prevailing rain situation in the State. He received updates on the weather conditions from officials of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) and Collectors of the affected districts, according to the Chief Minister's Office.
Officials of the India Meteorological Department briefed the CM on the forecast of widespread rainfall across the State over the coming days.
Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel sought detailed information on the rainfall received between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm, particularly in the districts of South Gujarat, as well as in Dholka (Ahmedabad), Mahemdabad (Kheda), and Mehsana.
