Chamoli, March 12 -- Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Thursday arrived at the Assembly to participate in the proceedings of the fourth day of the budget session being held in Uttarakhand's summer capital, Bhararisain (Gairsain).
