New Delhi, April 16 -- The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has given a clean chit to Adani Enterprises Ltd and Adani Green Energy Limited in a case related to a Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) tender, finding no prima facie evidence of anti-competitive conduct or abuse of dominance.

In the order dated April 16, the fair trade regulator closed the case under Section 26(2) of the Competition Act, stating that "Upon consideration of the facts and circumstances of the present case, the Commission is of the view that there is no prima-facie case of contravention of provisions of Sections 3 and 4 of the Act warranting an investigation into the matter.
