Manchester, May 24 -- Manchester United manager Michael Carrick has labelled the upcoming summer transfer window ahead of the next season as the "most important transfer window of all time" for the club, as he aims to take the club to the Premier League glory for the first time since 2013.

Carrick, who led Manchester United to the UEFA Champions League spot after taking over in January, after Ruben Amorim was sacked mid-season. With one game left and the Premier League title having gone to Arsenal, Manchester United sits in third spot with 68 points.
