Tianjin, Sept. 1 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday stated that the aspirations of the Global South cannot be confined to outdated frameworks, emphasising that the world must move towards a more inclusive and modern approach.
Speaking at the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Summit in Tianjin, PM Modi used the analogy of a "black-and-white screen" to explain that the dreams of the new generation cannot be displayed on old systems.
