Washington DC, May 22 -- Britney Spears' March arrest has come back into focus after a newly released police report shared more details about the incident.

According to the report and videos obtained by PEOPLE, the pop star was pulled over on March 4 in Ventura County, California, for driving under the influence. During the stop, officers said Spears spoke "nonsensically" and appeared to have "drastic mood swings."

Spears told officers that she had only had one mimosa around six hours earlier. She also said her level of intoxication was a "zero" out of 10.

At one point, Spears offered to make food for the officers at her home.

"You can come to my house: I'll make you food or lasagna or whatever you want," she told officers in a video....
