New Delhi [India], September 6 (ANI): Preparations for the BRICS Summit are in full swing in the national capital, with the high-profile event driving a sharp rise in hotel tariffs across Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR).

The BRICS Summit is scheduled to be held in New Delhi from September 11 to 13, with hotel rates witnessing a significant increase in the days leading up to and following the summit. Industry sources said tariffs are expected to remain elevated until around September 20.

Luxury rooms that normally cost around Rs 18,000 per night are either unavailable or being quoted at Rs 80,000 and above, reflecting increased demand as delegations, diplomats, ministers and officials arriv...
