Shimla, Aug. 25 -- Himachal Pradesh Public Works Department (PWD) Minister Vikramaditya Singh on Tuesday accused the BJP of behaving irresponsibly during the ongoing Monsoon Session of the state Assembly, alleging that the Opposition was repeatedly disrupting proceedings and staging walkouts instead of raising issues concerning the people of the state.

Speaking to ANI in Shimla on the fourth day of the Monsoon Session, Singh said both the government and the Opposition had an equal responsibility to ensure the Assembly functioned effectively.
