Meerut, Feb. 22 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday shared highlights from his address delivered at the launch of multiple development projects in Meerut, underscoring the Centre's focus on infrastructure, MSME growth and making Uttar Pradesh a leading economic powerhouse.
