Shimla, May 4 -- Celebrations erupted at the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) state headquarters 'Deep Kamal' in Chakkar and the main Chowk in Shimla near the office of the deputy commissioner following the party's victories in West Bengal, Assam, and Puducherry.
