Patna, Aug. 28 -- Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary on Thursday slammed Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's claims of "vote chori" and alleged irregularities in the Special Intensive Revision (SIR), stating that the whole of Bihar knew that the party was "anti-democratic."

He further stated that SIR was not an issue in Bihar.

"...SIR is not an issue at all in Bihar. The people of Bihar have seen from this very land how his (Rahul Gandhi's) grandmother crushed democracy... The people of Bihar know that the Congress party is anti-democratic," Chaudhary told reporters here.
