Patna, Aug. 28 -- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Krishna Singh Kallu on Thursday said that a police complaint has been filed against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi here in Patna for allegedly "using abusive comments" against Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The BJP leader has called for stopping the Opposition's rally against the alleged "vote theft" in the poll-bound state.
