Panaji, Dec. 14 -- Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convenor Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday asserted that Goa is witnessing a strong undercurrent for political change ahead of the upcoming Zilla Panchayat (ZP) elections, claiming that voters have placed their faith in AAP candidates and that the party is set for a decisive performance.
