Ambala, Aug. 21 -- Slamming Congress leader Rahul Gandhi of being "afflicted by an obsession with publicity", Haryana Cabinet Minister Anil Vij on Thursday said the Lok Sabha Leader of the Opposition is trying to remain in the limelight by turning even straightforward issues into political stunts.

Vij, while speaking in Ambala, also made a controversial remark alleging that the Congress leader's "hunger has not been satisfied" by the 1984 anti-Sikh riots and the killings during Partition. The minister made the remarks while criticising over his decision to stage a sit-in protest.
