New Delhi, Oct. 30 -- The Delhi Development Authority's (DDA) Awaas Nivesh Yojana 2026 has seen a strong response from homebuyers, with all 1,648 additional LIG flats put up for sale in the second phase booked within just an hour of the online booking process opening on Thursday (October 29).

With this, all 4,164 flats offered under the scheme in two phases have been booked. The response highlights the demand for affordable housing in Delhi, particularly among people looking for budget-friendly homes in the capital.
