Panaji, June 12 -- Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on Friday congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi on completing 12 years in office, highlighting key achievements including the abrogation of Article 370, a Naxal- and terrorism-free India, and the construction of the Ram Mandir.
