New Delhi, Sept. 8 -- A total of 92 award winners will be felicitated at the 72nd National Film Awards ceremony on September 22, with a special German aluminium structural dome being erected at the Statue of Unity Bus Bay area for the grand event.

The 72nd National Film Awards, organised by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, will be held on September 22, 2026, at the Statue of Unity in Ekta Nagar, a globally renowned tourist destination in Narmada district, as per the press release.
