Puducherry, Sept. 10 -- Puducherry Chief Minister N. Rangasamy on Tuesday congratulated CP Radhakrishnan on being elected as the Vice President of India.

In an official letter dated September 9, the Chief Minister extended his heartfelt greetings to the newly elected Vice President.

CM Rangasamy said, "It gives me immense pleasure to extend my heartfelt congratulations on your outstanding victory in becoming the Vice-President of our proud Nation, India".
