New Delhi, Oct. 9 -- Congress MP Shashi Tharoor on Friday congratulated Indian-origin South African jurist and human rights pioneer Navanethem "Navi" Pillay on winning the 2026 Nobel Peace Prize, describing the honour as "truly well-deserved" and praising her lifelong dedication to human rights, international justice and the rule of law.
