Chandigarh, Sept. 11 -- Amid the ongoing unrest in Nepal for the past several days, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Anurag Thakur on Thursday advocated for "peace" in Nepal, asserting that India has a "Roti-Beti" and trade relations with the neighbouring country.
The BJP leader stressed that the Government of India had been taking all necessary measures to "evacuate" and "save Indian nationals" in the neighbouring country.
Speaking to mediapersons in Chandigarh, Thakur said, "The Government of India is taking all appropriate measures to evacuate and save Indian nationals.
