Kolkata, Aug. 29 -- All India Football Federation (AIFF) president Kalyan Chaubey highlighted the importance of bringing international football to West Bengal, pointing out the city's prestige in the Indian football scene over decades.

Kalyan was speaking to the media in Kolkata. Kolkata is set to host five-time world champions Brazil and two-time champions Uruguay for two friendlies in October.
