Mumbai, April 12 -- Actor Anupam Kher extended his condolences to the family of legendary singer Asha Bhosle, who passed away at the age of 92 years on Sunday. He called the demise of the singer a loss of a "national treasure" of India.

Taking to his Instagram handle, Anupam Kher expressed his sorrow about the passing of Asha Bhosle. He remembered the lessons from the singer, saying that she taught him 'professionalism,' 'mantra for happiness,' and others.
