New Delhi, Sept. 15 -- Delhi Police on Monday said that they are waiting for a toxicology report to find the drunk and drive angle and are verifying the CCTV footage to verify if the vehicle was overspeeding in the Dhaula Kuan BMW accident case.

Speaking to ANI, South West Delhi's Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police, Abhimanyu Poswal, confirmed the arrest of the main accused, Gaganpreet, who will be produced in the court after a medical examination.
