New Delhi, Sept. 17 -- Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of Germany in New Delhi, Georg Enzweiler, on Thursday termed SEMICON India 2026 an "important milestone" for the semiconductor industry and said the event provides a "very good opportunity" to strengthen partnerships between German and Indian companies in the sector.

Speaking to ANI, Enzweiler highlighted the participation of German companies at the fifth edition of SEMICON India and said the event serves as an important platform for networking and collaboration in the semiconductor industry.
