New Delhi, Sept. 4 -- Bharatiya Janata Party leader Sambit Patra on Thursday launched a scathing attack on the Congress party, saying that it has become the "new" Aam Aadmi Party, which attacks constitutional institutions without any proof.

He asked the Congress party to hold a press breifing on the GST reforms and tell whether the farmers are benefiting from the step or not.
