Kanachak, Aug. 23 -- Himachal Pradesh Governor Kavinder Gupta on Sunday strongly advocated for the universal respect and compliance of national symbols and parliamentary resolutions, amid the ongoing political row in Himachal Pradesh over the mandatory recitation of Vande Mataram.
