Patna, Oct. 31 -- Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader, and Mahagathbandhan's Chief Ministerial face Tejashwi Yadav hit out at the National Democratic Alliance (NDA)'s manifesto on Friday, demanding that the alliance should apologise to the public and release "sorry patra" instead of their 'sankalp patra', since the previous poll promises have not been completed and new ones have been made.
The RJD leader also questioned Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's health, saying that the CM might not even be aware on what is written in the NDA's 'Sankalp Patra,' released six days before the Bihar assembly elections are set to commence.
