Patna, Aug. 13 -- Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary on Thursday presented appointment letters to 2,027 candidates who succeeded in the 70th Combined Competitive Examination conducted by the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) at Bapu Sabhagar.
