New Delhi, Aug. 13 -- Bharatiya Krishak Samaj President Krishan Bir Chaudhary lauded the government's efforts to protect farmers, cattle rearers, and fishermen, while applauding Prime Minister Narendra Modi's statement that "India will never compromise on the interests of farmers".

Chaudhary also emphasised the importance of adopting 'Swadeshi' to drive national progress, urging a boycott of American products.
