Srinagar, May 23 -- Amid BJP's poster campaign against Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, BJP leader and Leader of Opposition in the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly Sunil Sharma on Saturday alleged that the people here are struggling with a water crisis and power outages, and "CM Sahab is enjoying a vacation abroad".
