New Delhi, Nov. 4 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday asked the Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) grassroot workers in Bihar to get women electors to vote in large numbers in the Assembly elections, giving the mantra "Pehle matdaan, phir jalpaan."

Interacting with women party workers under the 'Mera Booth Sabse Mazboot' campaign on the last day of campaigning for the first phase of assembly polls in the state, PM Modi directed them to increase the voter turnout in the upcoming elections.
