Rohtas, Nov. 11 -- Jan Suraaj Party (JSP) founder and chief Prashant Kishor on Tuesday said that people voting in large numbers indicates a step towards change, where no youth in Bihar will have to leave the state to earn a basic living.
Speaking to reporters in Konar of Sasaram assembly constituency, Kishor predicted that the voter turnout in the second phase of polling will exceed the 65 per cent mark registered during the first phase of the Bihar assembly elections.
