Moscow, Sept. 8 -- Russian President Vladmir Putin will be in India for the BRICS Summit that gets underway on September 12 in New Delhi. Ahead of that visit, Dmitry Peskov, Spokesperson for the President said that the visit is an opportunity for the two countries to discuss issues of bilateral relations.
