Auckland, July 11 -- Announcing a major leap in security cooperation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday said that India and New Zealand have resolved to fight terrorism "shoulder to shoulder" by establishing a dedicated Joint Working Group, while simultaneously strengthening their commitment to a free and open Indo-Pacific and comprehensive reforms in the United Nations.
