New Delhi, Aug. 27 -- Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Thursday alleged that the Narendra Modi government had created "two systems" in the country, one for a handful of billionaires and another for everyone else, while criticising the functioning of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).

In a post on X, Gandhi cited a media report and alleged that while farmers and salaried people face action for loan defaults, select businessmen were given preferential treatment by banks.

Referring to the NCLT, Gandhi wrote, "NCLT - 'Leader-Company Loot Tribunal'."
