New Delhi, March 29 -- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Manoj Tiwari on Sunday hailed Prime Minister Narendra Modi's monthly radio programme 'Mann Ki Baat', saying that it serves as a "general knowledge" related to the country.
