Patna, Oct. 31 -- As the NDA released its manifesto 'Sankalp Patra' for the Bihar Assembly elections, BJP leader JPS Rathore on Friday termed it a manifesto of Bihar's development and said a saga of Bihar's development will be written from it.

Speaking to ANI, JPS Rathore said, "This is a manifesto of Bihar's development. Through this manifesto, a saga of Bihar's development is to be written. Our NDA government will give the guarantee to fulfil all promises. PM Modi himself will give the guarantee and fulfil the promises... They (Mahagathbandhan) will neither form the government nor fulfil any promises. They and the public both know it."
