Jhajjar, Aug. 15 -- Congress MP Deepender Singh Hooda on Friday said that law and order have completely collapsed under the tenure of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini.

"Today, law and order in Haryana have completely collapsed. The Haryana government itself is saying that there are 80 gangs. The reason for the failure of law and order is that the police and administration officials do not consider the Chief Minister as the Chief Minister because the strings are being pulled from somewhere else in Delhi by Khattar Sahib," Hooda told ANI.
