Thiruvananthapuram, June 22 -- Actress Sukumaran Mallika has announced her resignation from the Association of Malayalam Movie Artists (AMMA) on Monday, showcasing her solidarity with the former AMMA President Shwetha Menon.

The actress shared a farewell post on her Facebook handle, writing, "Stepping down with love from AMMA. Standing with the truth, standing with Shwetha Menon."
