Tianjin, Sept. 1 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi emphasised the strong relationship between India and Russia and said that both nations have always stood shoulder to shoulder even in the most difficult situations.
PM Modi, during his bilateral meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, affirmed that cooperation between New Delhi and Moscow is vital for global peace, stability and prosperity.
