New Delhi, Sept. 20 -- S Mahendra Dev, Chairman of the Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister (EAC-PM), on Saturday said that India with its push for Viksit Bharat by 2047 could gain by the move by United States to impose a steep USD 100,000 annual fee on H-1B visa applications and that country will have more startups and cities such as Bangaluru, Hyderabad and Gurgaon will benefit.
