New Delhi, Sept. 27 -- PM Modi on Sunday recalled the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks in the US, saying Indians constituted the highest number of victims after Americans and extended condolences to the bereaved families.

Speaking in his monthly 'Mann Ki Baat' programme, PM Modi said this year marked 25 years since the 9/11 attacks and recalled his visit to New York after becoming Prime Minister in 2014, when he paid homage to the victims.
