New Delhi, Sept. 4 -- The Union Government brought about pathbreaking reforms in the existing Goods and Services Tax (GST) structure on September 3. The step would bring a long expected relief to the common man and materialize Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision as announced in his speech from the ramparts of the Red Fort, a release said.

Posting on the social media platform 'X', Union Minister for Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Bhupender Yadav, congratulated the Prime Minister and the Union Finance Minister for giving a historic Diwali gift to all.
