New Delhi, Sept. 8 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid tribute to Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhupen Hazarika on his birth anniversary on Monday.

PM Modi called the contribution of Bhupen Hazarika in music unforgettable.
