Bhubaneshwar, March 16 -- Biju Janata Dal (BJD) president and former Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Monday expressed deep grief over the fire at the S.C.B. Medical College and Hospital's Trauma Care ICU, describing the incident as 'extremely heartbreaking.
