Tirupattur, April 1 -- Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin took part in a vote canvassing campaign at the Natrampalli bus stand in support of Tirupattur Assembly candidate Nallathambi and Jolarpet Assembly candidate Kavitha Dhandapani.

During his address to the public, he criticised AIADMK General Secretary Edappadi K. Palaniswami, stating that he should be defeated across all constituencies.

Highlighting the DMK's election promises, he said that the women's entitlement scheme providing Rs.1000 is already being implemented, and it will be increased to Rs.2000 if the party returns to power.
