India, July 25 -- Father of Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke, Bhagwanrao Dipke, on Saturday described Dharmendra Pradhan's resignation as a necessary step to soothe the growing anger among protesting students and their families across the nation.

Speaking to ANI, Bhagwanrao Dipke called Pradhan's resignation from the post of Union Education Minister "a very good step", saying that had the resignation not taken place, the direction of the protests could have been unpredictable.
