New Delhi, Oct. 31 -- To curb rising winter air pollution in Delhi, special restrictions are set to come into force from November 1, 2026. The Environment Department of the Delhi Government has made all necessary preparations for the effective implementation of these restrictions. The Transport Department, Delhi Traffic Police, Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC), Municipal Corporation, and other concerned agencies have been directed to ensure strict enforcement.
